Youl Bellil

In his role, Youl ensures that Dell’s Global Facilities teams are aligned on all issues relating to the sustainability strategy and compliance reporting.  He is responsible for facilitating the alignment of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Strategy and its impact on Global Facilities and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), creating an enablement plan that aligns with the ESG goals of 75% Renewable Energy and 50% reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2030.

As a facilities professional for more than 32 years, Youl has successfully managed various critical systems and facilities teams, construction projects, workplace services, contract administration and energy efficiency progams.

Youl earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the University of Massachusetts and holds a Professional Certificate in Facilities Management from Northeastern University. Throughout his life, Youl has helped develop recreational trail systems in his community. He is an avid learner and enjoys mountain biking throughout the New England region.
