Harry Singh
Harry Singh is a Vice President in the Global Banking & Markets Division at Goldman Sachs. Harry has extensive experience in renewable energy transactions, energy transition solutions and power market design. His responsibilities include work on offtakes for battery storage and renewable projects, risk management products for corporate offtakers of renewable energy, environmental products, resource adequacy and capacity transactions, and renewable power prepay transactions.
Prior to his current position, Harry worked with RBS Sempra Commodities where he was involved in structured renewable transactions under California’s Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS). He served as a Senior Market Advisor at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and started his career at PG&E.
He has also served on WSPP’s Executive Committee since 2011 including as Chairman from 2014-2017. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
