Kevin Lee

Kevin Lee is a project lead at Aurora Energy Research, leading engagements for Aurora’s consultancy practice and advising renewables developers, investors, utilities, and policy makers on US energy markets.

He is passionate about driving sustainable solutions in the energy sector and has broad expertise across commodities and associated markets, including power and renewables, biofuels, crude oil and refined products, natural gas, petrochemicals, metals, fertilizers, and emerging energy transition topics, such as batteries and hydrogen.

Prior to joining Aurora, Kevin was at Argus Media, leading the biofuels & energy transition practice for North America and supporting clients with market due diligence and transaction support, go-to-market strategies, and asset/product valuations. Before that, he held several leadership positions at ExxonMobil across various roles in refining, strategic planning, and supply coordination. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical & Biological Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
