Spencer Stanton

Spencer Stanton is a Senior Manager of Origination at Jupiter Power, a developer and operator of grid-scale Battery Storage technology. He focuses on offtake strategy and contract structuring with a variety of counterparties including hedge funds, banks, utilities, and corporate energy buyers. Prior to Jupiter, Spencer worked as a Power Trader for Ørsted where he assisted in hedging and optimization of a large portfolio of wind, solar, and battery storage assets across the country. Spencer received an MS in Energy & Sustainability from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University and has Finance and History degrees from Southern Methodist University.
